Terms of Service

Booka provides the technology used to browse services, choose a provider, reserve a time, pay for appointments, and receive booking communications.

Services are performed by participating beauty, wellness, and grooming providers. Providers are responsible for the service they perform, their tools, licensing, sanitation, and professional judgment.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use this booking site.

Sign-in uses phone verification. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for keeping access to your phone number secure.

Appointment availability is limited and is offered only for the Stockholm pop-up dates shown on the site. A booking is not confirmed until payment is completed.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Booka does not store your full card number. Prices are shown in USD and may include selected add-ons.

Because this is a limited-event pop-up, cancelled appointments, late arrivals, and no-shows may be non-refundable. The booking flow and confirmation messages may include additional appointment-specific details.

You agree that Booka may send transactional messages about your booking by email, SMS, or phone, including confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, and receipts. Carrier messaging or data rates may apply.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with booking availability, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, submit false information, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or harms Booka, providers, guests, or event organizers.

The site is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booka is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or your appointment experience.

We may update these terms for operational, legal, or event-specific reasons. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
